Our Story

Our co-founders Ashley and Fahad come from a finance background, but both have strong retail roots. Ashley’s grandmother was a small business owner selling antiques and collectibles in Northern California, and Fahad’s dad was a retailer selling convenience items from his office-shop in Pakistan. But it was only when they ran a store together in London’s Covent Garden that they realised how hard retailers really have it; how exclusive the financing options are, and how hard it is to buy the right stock, in the right amounts. So they set out to fix it, all of it — and today’s CREOATE was born: a wholesale marketplace for independents that’s really for independents, complete with interest-free finance options to help you find your feet.

CREOATE began life as a dedicated team of two, but has doubled many times over since. Now, we have a growing international team of CREOATErs based in 11 different countries. We were born and raised in local communities and watched friends and families grow their small businesses. Shop local is the norm for us and we’re on a mission to help small business communities to thrive.

CREOATE Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the CREOATE Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

2. Enrollment

To join, complete the online application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promotion: Use only the provided affiliate links and promotional materials.
Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
Prohibited Actions: Do not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any activity that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Commissions

Structure: Affiliates will earn a flat £50 commission per order placed by retailers on their first purchase through the CREOATE website.
Eligibility: Commissions are only earned on a retailer's first completed and fulfilled purchase.
Payment: Commissions are paid upon fulfillment of the retailer's first order.
Returns and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on returned products, cancelled orders, or fraudulent transactions

5. Payments

Payments will be processed via PayPal weekly on Fridays

5. Term and Termination

Duration: This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party.
Termination: We may terminate your participation at any time for breach of these terms or any conduct deemed detrimental to CREOATE.

6. Intellectual Property

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and logos solely for promoting CREOATE.
Restrictions: Do not modify our trademarks or use them in a misleading manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, arising from your participation in the program.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Modification

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
